“Information relating to the new Concessionary Bus Passes in Wales.
The new online Portal goes live (11/09/2019), existing pass holders have until 31st December 2019 to apply for their new style pass. Residents who require help applying for new passes are encouraged to visit their nearest Community Hub, One Stop Shop or Library – officers will be able to assist them during the simple online application process.
To apply residents will need to visit www.tfw.wales/travelcards and enter the card holders details.”
