Grosmont and District Garden Club meets on the first Tuesday of every month (except January, July and August) usually at Grosmont Town Hall. Our meetings start at 7.30pm. We welcome new members, so please either turn up to an event, or if you prefer, please make contact and introduce yourself before coming. Either way you will be made most welcome! Membership costs are as follows: Annual Fee: Single member £12.00 Couple £20.00. There is no attendance cost for members but Non member guests will be charged £4.00 (except for special events which will be as advertised). We have a speaker, visit or other event each meeting as well as a raffle and Gardeners’ Market sales table. Tea, Coffee and biscuits are provided as the final part of each meeting to allow time for members and guests to socialise and seek advise from our speaker or each other.
Our Gardeners’ Market provides the opportunity for members to sell their own produce, such as excess veg, pickles, eggs and plants. 20% of any sales go to club funds. We also produce a monthly newsletter for members. To see previous editions look in our downloads section.
