Hello All,

A massive thank you to all Grosmont Walkers and their friends who joined one of the walks to show their support for Alan and Bowel Cancer UK. We are overwhelmed by the support and generosity from not only the walkers but also from the whole village.

So far we have amazingly raised over £700 and the donations are still coming in. The Just Giving page will remain open for donations until the end of September-see link below.

Firstly, I must say a huge thank you to Michele and Gay who not only planned the lovely walk, rallied lots of support but also fed us with tasty homemade treats!

A big thank you goes to Jenny who very kindly provided us with lovely refreshments and a fabulous garden to rest in on Thursday.

Also thank you to Louise for our resting place on Saturday and her amazing apples!

Finally, thank you to you all once again ……. we are very touched.
